As the end of the year approaches, here are some questions and answers we receive from our customers.
Q: I am going on a trip. Can I stop delivery for a while? A: Yes, you can. If you wish to temporarily suspend newspaper delivery due to travel or business trip, please contact us. We also offer a newspaper layaway service. If you are away from home for a long period of time, we will leave your newspaper for you and deliver it to you in one package when you return.
Q: Can I read the newspaper at my new residence? A: Yes, you can. Please contact us with your new address. We will contact the new Asahi Shimbun newspaper distributor (ASA) at your new address and arrange for smooth resumption of delivery.
